What you need:

1 tablespoon olive oil
1 egg
½ teaspoon cinnamon
2-3 slices sourdough bread
1 tablespoon milk or dark chocolate chips

 

Directions: 

Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. In a large flat bowl whisk the egg and cinnamon together. Dip each bread slice in the egg mixture, turning over and ensuring both sides are coated well. Press 2-3 choc chips into one side of the bread. Pop the bread choc chip-side down into the warm pan. Repeat with remaining bread and cook for 3 minutes. Press leftover choc chips into the top of the bread slices in the pan. Flip the bread and cook for a further minute. Serve warm – allowing the bread to cool slightly – be careful as the chocolate chips will be very hot.
